Default Swapping BL rotor

I've just picked up a Novak 5.5R motor with the bonded rotor in, but it came with a new sintered rotor ready to install.

Having never dismantled a BL motor before, can someone give me a run through on how to swap rotors?

Cheers.

There's a how-to on the Novak site:

Remember to use the tube that the new rotor came in to install the sintered rotor.

No panic. They're quite easy to open-up.
