Default Cr front tyres

Hi all

This might sound a funny question but since ive changed to my cr my front tyres have always worn more than on my b4 the front tyres generally wear more than my rears why is this? On my b4 i could wear out a pair of rears and my fronts still seem like new but on my cr the wear rate on them is about the same.

Maybe because their isnt as much steering on your CR so it drives erm how shall i put this equal back to front so its not throwing the back end out as much. If that makes sense.

I had maybe thought that because the CR doesnt naturally have the steering of the B4 it could be workring the front tires harder.

Yeah the XXX I had never had enough steering for my liking...
It was ace on carpet or astro, but otherwise it was okay or in the damp/wet just appallingly rubbish.

i've got more steering out of the cr than i ever did with the b4. i don't really get the cr understeer theory, despite it being quite a common view.

maybe it's a personal driving style preference thing?

I agree with stan, i never struggled for steering with the xxx cr, i only sold it because everyone said the b4`s were better. Im also not someone who rags a car round either i just cant do it

I found a front wing on the xxx helped a lot though, it made it a lot more predicatable

ye before my xxx got robbed (bastards!!!) it always pushed more than the b4 i now have. it had equal tyre wear whereas by b4 wears the rears a whole lot more!!!

edit - front wings make them loads better

The front wing does help loads

The strange thing is that on my CR the rears wear out faster than my fronts. I usually use 1 set of front tyres to every 2 sets of rears.
Chris L said to me that his losi did the same thing lol
