Lipo batteries and charger

Hey im quite a novice at this and have just got a ansmann short course truck. I need advice on what battery i should get for it and what charger. I cant balance the ones i currently have because i dont think i have the right cables? I would just like a charger and battery that is gonna work and be reliable. I dont need it to be extremely fast and preferably not too exspensive!
