Lightbulb NW Regional 2WD Rnd 1 - SOUTHPORT

This coming sunday at Southport is the first round of the 2WD NW regional series.

For further information please look here...

SOUTHPORT REGIONAL INFO

Please read the guidance, especially if you have not raced such meetings before.

Further updates maybe posted closer to the time, so remember to check back.

Have fun.

Bring good weather

And just in case you forget to bring good weather - remember to bring suitable footwear as the pits can get pretty muddy when wet.

Please note that Southport no longer do food or drink so make sure you bring a packed lunch. We do have hot water if you are bringing pot-noodles or cupa-soup.

The club are going to have a list of drivers and they will be an open practise but you only get one and I think it will only be 3 or 4 miinutes but I am sure someone will clarify that.

The Track drains very well, it's the pitting area that floods so take care driving on the field.I was down there yesterday and the field has a bit of standing water but the track was looking perfect.

A big thanks to the organisers. It was a cracking day and everything ran faultlessly.

I think the format of just one class worked well and, at the end of the day, we all got to go home at a reasonable time.

BRING ON BURY!!!
