That would be the Mah you put in from the storage voltage they arrived in I guess (rather than from flat) which would be about right, two hours is a long time to balance though.

Are you charging at 1 amp? If you have the cutoff set to 120 mins it will stop no matter how much you've put in. Start it again, if it's full it will stop.
I charge all my batteries at 5 amp, they are all 5000mah+ batteries. I've upped the time limit as well to about 200 minutes for when I charge car batteries.

The lowest you should ever take a 7.4 volt lipo down to is 6 volts, any lower and you will probably damage it. I only let mine go down to 6.4 volts just to be safe.

When fully charged you should be at 8.4 volts.

When brand new -opened for the first time or stored (storage mode on your charger) between each meeting you go to they are normally around 7.6 volts which is approx 50-60% charged. I leave mine as they come out of the car after a 5 minute heat as they're normally around 7.6 -7.8 volts then so I just balance charge them up the following week.

How long have you run it for? A five minute race or to Lipo cut off?

Just 5 min race, not to cutoff! When fully charged it's at 8.4V!
I 'am not sure a Ansmann Madrat Esc RTR brushless has a good working cutoff?
I don't have a manual for this basic 60A esc.
After 5 min races I always use the chargers store function, so now I understand it's still loaded for 50/60%, so that will give those readings, am I right?

Sounds about right, just over half. I'd check what your time cut off is though, 120 mins exactly sounds a bit like it stopped at the time cut off.
You need the Lipo cut off, if you haven't been filling them completely due to the charger stopping when it hits the timer they may not be full and getting a bit more empty every time you use them.

Charge each cell individually in 1S mode and the try again ... if they have drifted out of balance whilst in storage then it is likely this will pair them up again and they will stay that way, if not then maybe you have a weak cell in the pack.
