Default Procat tyres

I'm still dusting off the Procat (ready for the 19turn motor thanks!) and have only one part worn set of soft spikes and one set of super hard spikes that are sharp enough to draw blood! If I'm going to have a bash about with my old toy, I'm going to need some more. The problem is my wheels seam a little smaller than the modern ones. I don't suppose any modern wheels fit do they?

You can get the wheels from the Schumacher website. I got some for my XLS. Not sure what the name of them is, but they are 3-spoke things and fit all the old cars like XLS and pro cat etc - and they will fit the 2.2inch tyres.

I got some original cat fronts with full spikes on somewhere.... but don't the Bosscat and Cougar2 wheels fit it, that little castelated fitment with the screw going through?

Wow. Just looked at terry.sc show room. What can I say. I'm in the company of some vintage experts.

I started with a hornet as an 11 year old before getting an optima and then a turbo optima mid before finally giving in and going schumacher with the procat.

Many thanks for your advice and links. I'm sure i will be back for more!
