Default X11 Set-up Changes

Recently got an X11 and I'm just wondering what the main set-up changes people do trackside? Also, what springs do people run front/back and what is the 'pick-up point on rocker' mentioned for the front suspension in the manual's chassis settings at the back?

Thanks for that.

Maybe some set-ups could be placed in the set-up thread.

Top banana

What's the effect of connecting the push rod at the top of the rocker?

How many washers do people fit - I get 9 each side without binding?
