When i go to race on astro i usually cut the outside row of the minispikes front and rear, but at that belgium race the guys were cutting the inside and outside row on the front and not cutting the rear is this better to stop grip roll or what is the reason for just cutting the front? or is it just better?

trimming just front tyres is generally done as a way to reduce and tune the steering of the tyre by reducing the grip it creates

The EOS Belgium meeting was a dBoots control tyre as far as I know, if they were running Multibytes then the fronts would be trimmed as they are more aggressive, especially on 2WD's
