Default SC10 SETUPS

Hi Truck lovers....I'm after a bit of help with setting up my SC truck for this coming summer...Had it a while but only mucked around with it due to the weather...I now want to turn it into a race weapon but struggling to find a descent setup for it- tried Petit RC but bit vague other than basic settings.
Eden Park (astro) & bumpy grass tracks will be the main places so looking for setup and tips to get me up and running including weights, chassis lengths, tyres etc, etc.
Also who do people use for AE spares...I'm a kyosho man at heart so not used to get hold of the US manufacturers gear like shock spring sets etc.
Any help regarding any of the above would be flippin brilliant!
Thanks a bunch,
Craig

Kourse king tyres, trim the fronts if to much.
Red front, gold or silver rear springs.
Level ride height, bit higher than level on rear dog bones.
Lots of weight up front.
I think I'm running 35wt front oil, 25 rear, might be heavier but 10 apart.
2mm of washers under inner ball studs.
Long tie rods (outer holes)
I have alloy front arms, RPM rears (would prefer alloy), cream brass bulkhead and hinge pin brace, alloy and carbon top plate, CVD's and my truck can take a real beating.

It drives great, never grip rolls and flies well.
Tyres made the biggest difference.

I'll take a picture later. This works for me, I do the same in my B4 but experiment, some people prefer less weight.

Trish bits sell brass parts but I can't remember where I bought my bulkhead!
