Default B44.1 Rear hubs

Can anyone tell me the difference when using 0.5 degree rear hubs and 0 degree rear hubs

I am using the 0.5 degree ( non standard and was wondering what the major difference is?

Thanks in advance

increasing rear toe in by 0.5 degree generally creates more rear end grip
