Default ZX-5 thrust bearings, what size?

I want to get some ceramic thrust bearings, just wondering what size I need?

I would not reccomend using ceramic bearings for thrust.

Due to the loads Ceramic is not a great option. You have to be very careful as they are hard but also britlle and likely to get damaged easy.

The standard ones in the kit are what we all use.

Thanks Neil.

I did wonder why a google search didn't really bring much up.
