No matter what I do my shocks off my 210 end up leaking from the shock cap, I must be doing something wrong, i know it be hard to say without seeing them but anyone got any ideas for me?

My 410 used to do this. Use a covering of oil around the o ring that seals the cap!
This seemed to work for me. Wait to get shot down now!
Ps you sure your not overfilling?

Get your cap orings and put them in a pot. Submerge them in shock oil. Leave them for 20mins. They are slightly porous and will absorb some oil causing them to swell a little. This will help them to create a better seal.
Hope this helps

You shouldn't be able to over fill them, because excess oil comes out as you bleed them. Make sure they are not cross threaded and they sit flush against the body. Soaking the O-rings works but to be honest I've never needed to.
I have had the small bores and the big bores and never had a leak!

I have to say I think there may have been a running change in the orings recently
I've built 3 sets of Durango shocks from new in the last six months
A set of small bores
A set of big bores from hop up packs
And a set of bb from a 2nd batch v3

The v3 ones had oring issues and felt a little thinner/ softer

Could just be me talking rubbish as I have not heard anytging from td
But this is my findings.

I noticed that while building my 210 and 410 last week that the top cap didnt seal too well and they were leaking. I noticed there was a tiny bit of flashing around the inside edge of the cap. I just ran a sharp blade around the edge and removed it. End of problem for me.

+1 on above.

I noticed the flashing seemed to grab the o ring as it was tightened, this seemed to kick the o ring out and not let the cap tighten down to create a seal.
