Hi all, my son has the same problem even changed to an alloy chassis suspecting to much flex with plastic one, he has only three races with it when all the trouble started, I contacted castor racing for advice they gave part numbers for shims but no tolarences for set up it was rebuilt to what would be normal tollarences got 10feet and it stripped again!! Will have another look but it looks as if this is going to be an intrinsic problem and will have to be returned as not fit for purpose but if any of you guys have an answer it would be appreciated.

Have you guys got a M2 locknut on the diff screw? Or just screwing it into the plastic? Ive got the nut but its hard to get to and once it gets to a certain tightness just turns the nut.
