You need the front Hex adapter to run standard 4wd front wheels. I'd buy front and rear arms, 1 or 2 front shock shafts¸ but that's pretty much it. Anything can break... But I've found this kit to be very very tough and that's all I've broken despite some wicked crashes...

The bmax has no weak points if build right and good!

always nice to have in the box for every car...
- spur gear
- diff gears
- front arms
- rear arms
- c-hubs
- front shock tower

have fun with your car!

Standard on the front is a straight pin, like the rear. Just like the front Durango wheels.

TBH I've found Schumacher Revlites (pin fit) all round work ideally on a Bmax. Cheap, easy to source including pre-glued with the right tyres and you don't have the problem of knocking the really annoying pin out of the hex which is an issue with Losi type fronts.

As for weak points - none, but it does seem to get through drivegears faster than some other cars, so keep a few in stock. Front wishbones are always a good idea for any car, but Bmax ones don't break often. Personally I broke a few of the plastic shock towers, but a switch to Xtreme carbon towers solved that.

Oh, and I've found a few spur gears that aren't round. The 81t version seems to be the worst example. The last one I bought looks to be different design though, so it might have been improved.

I'm using the TLR aluminum hexes, so that I can run the same wheels as on my 22
