Did you use the plastic rear brace or the carbon one? Unfortunately when using the plastic one there is a lot of flex at the rear and with the new longer output cup the rear shaft can bend instead of poping out. You have to make sure that the long screws that go into the m3 nuts on top of the rear gearbox are tight and the screw that goes all the way through the brace with an m3 nut on are really tight. I had issues at the MK GP over the table top with this issue and had the rear shaft pop out and then the front shaft popping out on my V1. The other thing that can happen is the rear hoop that hold the diff can allow the rear gearbox to move up during flex and bend the shaft. To avoid this you can either use the aluminum gearbox holder or make sure that the rear diff inserts are really tightened down to make sure that the rear gearbox cannot move.

Even with the carbon brace if you land hard the rear of the car will flex quite a lot bending the rear or front shaft. If you have an impact front or rear it will bend the drive shafts as well. I put in a brand new pair of front 2mm CVD's in at the MK and they got slightly bent as I went hard

Angry dex410 spur gear

I havent finished mine yet but i noticed that the rear propshaft looked bent befor even running the car. Upon closer inspection i realised that it was in fact the spur gear not being true, giving the impression of a bent shaft!!!!
