Cant you ask the cctv operators to take a look. If they have cameras all over town then they can see when and who took it.

the police are looking in to it. The bastard cut 2 20mm locks off it which are post to be un cuttable
Theres a cctv camera that points directly at were it was. Its a £700 bike so hopefully the police might do something

I've made a point of taking my bike into shops lately. if the shop won't let me I'll spend my money else where.

Hope they do find it. In all honesty, the police were useless when our premises were broken into!
Bike thiefs are very good at what they do unfortunatley if they want something they will find a way to get it

Bike crime across the uk is massive me and my friend got attacked and they stole both of our bikes and we were 30 miles away from home!.

Police-did NOTHING. They saw the chavs in a estate building but didn't bother doing anything.
