Unknown entry for Chadderton Round 4

Someone put a form in at the meeting last week for round 4 that could not do round 3 but did not put their name on the form and did not sign the form.

If you have entered for round 4 - please email me at [email protected] with which class or classes you have entered and I can then confirm that I have your entry.

All under 13s are in for round 4 with their round 3 entry so there is no need to confirm their entry.
