Default 410 rear toe adjustment

noob question being new to the 410 how is the rear toe angle adjusted by the alloy holder or the rear hub i got the car second hand so did not build it.

It is changed with different rear hubs. You can adjust roll-center with different suspesion brackets, ref page 26 i manual.

With the 0 Hubs toe is 3 degrees. you can use the 1 degree hubs to add or remove one degree of toe depending on which way round you put them.
