Default Pairing Futaba 3vCS with Fr Sky?

Hi Guys,

Anybody done this?, can't seem to get them to bind, all suggestions excluding sellotape and glue gratefully accepted on this fine dank morning!

Just press and hold the button on the frsky I think? It was easy to do anyway!

It's a bit different... You have to be holding the bind button down as you power up the receiver (unlike the futaba where you press once its on) this is done with the transmitter on... All from memory...

I've also un plugged the second antenna on mine with no issues to report..

Same here...followed the bind procedure on the FrSky instructions I think...so turning it on with button pressed...and paired first time.

I have also removed one of the antennas and have had no problems so far! Used indoors at club nights, and at a micro national event

Thanks for the interest and replies guys

Thanks to Rob Rasey who finally got it sorted out. With the handset you need to have it on PPM mode to set the binding. Once bound on PPM you can change back to HRS mode.

All working fine now!

Hmm, not the case for me.

My TX is on HRS, it bound up a new one, straight out of packet on HRS and works well, again only one antenna connected.

So pleased us Futaba folk have a small great value receiver available.

(We've got a bunch of them in stock at present.)
