Orion active discharge board

I know you get what you pay for but has anyone had or used the Orion active discharge board and what did you think of it?

i got 2 of these, they take ages to discharge till the light goes out but they get the job done if you aint in a rush.

possibly discharge a little low for some peoples liking, or just take the cells off when the led is dim.
