Default Southport Easter Egg meeting

Do we know if there will be one this year? Last year was cool and it was great weather, and it would be a great meeting for those who couldn`t get into the Neo.

We sure will be, 23rd (not 24th as i originally put) March. Sure Paul will stick up some more details soon.

We're working hard to make some much needed changes to the track by then so hopefully this will be the best east egg yet

Fingers crossed for good weather

Do the winners, better still the losers, get Easter Eggs?

Will this be the first outdoor meeting for Southport?

i woud have thought if we can get at least 6 trucks, then a class can be run....otherwise you could probably run your truck in with the buggies as long as no one in your heat complains.

normally it's easter eggs for the top 3 in each final. if there are eggs left over we make sure the kiddies get some, and if there are any left over after that they will be distributed accordingly!

I have to do this because it's my only stab at getting an Easter egg...I can't bring myself to buy one because they're crap...but winning one is a different thing altogether.

I believe Baz still has his, and I hope Chris Evison does too.. but failing to raise a heat I don't mind running it with buggies and promise to drive with additional care so not to collide.

Burgers has one so does Baz, Evo doesn`t.

So courteous driving if in with buggies and down right dirty driving if there is a truck heat

Why did Evo get rid of his Sly? or did it just end up binned after jumping the club house

LOL, courteous driving with buggies and avoid Baz if in with trucks.

Mines running a 7.5R and Lipo, although it sounds sensible - it seems to wheelie at any speed on tarmac, a bit nuts.
