Default ZX-5 Undertray, do you use one?

Just wondering if anyone uses them?

I got one a while ago, but found I couldn't use velcro for the shell because it made the bottom of the shell too wide. Instead I left it using the holes, but at the weekend found it a complete pain putting the pins in.

I broke the undertray at the weekend anyway so now I'm going without this weekend.

I never used one, just put the velcro straight on the chassis edge and all will be good.

I got some velcro but it won't stick to the chassis! It comes off when I try to pull the shell off.

Looks like I'll have to glue it on.

Default Velcro....

I use schumacher velcro strips trimmed to fit and sticks so good - it has never pulled off once!
Hey presto no body clips and a sleek look
Hope that helps

You must have the Chassis side completely clean before putting the velcro on. Clean it with something light that will not attack the plastic Chassis, for example i use Revell Aqua Clean:

I tried cleaning the air but I wonder if the velcro was crap.

Anyone, it's glued on now, so it's going nowhere
