Default Testing throttle pots

Could someone tell me how to teat the throttle pot on mw KO Propo Esprit 3's throttle pot as I'm having huge trouble. Full throttle at 1/4 stick. Pulling my hair out.

Any Ideas?

i would guess you have somethis set worng on the tranny but if not take the back of the tranny you should see the pot attached to the stick and having 3 wires come out of it get a meter set to mesurre resistance and mesure from the center pin to eather of the outside pins it should be 5K ohms at full traven and decreace linear to the throttle stick movement. then do the same with thou other side pin

Move the stick, watch the pot, it may be mechanical, slipping screw thingy twix the stick and pot, problems sometimes with our sanwa.

I did wonder about this. But i re set the handset to factory settings to be sure it hadn't been messed with.
