Exclamation what amp discharge??? any help plz

hi, can anyone tell me what to discharge my batterys at? how many amps?

my batterys are 1100mah, 1400mah, and 2 3600mah.

so 30amps isnt gonna ruin them?

Do them at 5 or 10 if you can wait for them, no point in discharging them higher than you have to.

is there an advantage discharging at lower ampage if you have the time?

my team orion gives me two options 1 and 10

Well it just wont get as hot when discharging. Mine does between 1-20 and i always leave mine at 10, but i rarely discharge anyway.
