Thanks Matt, if you could find a number that would be great.

I didnt get my things back and cant get any response from anyone associated with Moto Arena so I am trying to take a different route.

I want to contact the distributors to see whether they ever received my products back from MA. If they did then great, what is the situation, can the replacements be sent direct to me....

If not... then I try (god knows how!?) to contact the administrators and try to reclain them from the building. They surely cannot class them as assets as they are not the property of MA..... Trouble is how do I prove that?

A quick update on the ongoing saga of Moto Arena and my warranty parts.....

I have emailed Kyosho UK and am waiting to hear back from them.

I have also called Answer-RC and have had a very good call with them. Very friendly, very helpful, very useful information, an all round excellent service!!!

Now the not so good news. On Answer-RC's advice I called the local Insolvency Practitioner who directed me to Companies House. Companies House then directed me to the Insolvency Service. The Insolvency Service then informed me that Moto Arena are, as far as they are concerned still actively trading up until the winding up petition is heard in court which isnt until the 26th September....

I told them this isnt the case, the building is in lockdown, the staff have been made redundant, it is most definately closed!

Unfortunately though until it has been through the courts (another 6 weeks away!) then there are no administrators assigned to the case so therefore there are no details of anyone for me to contact.

The current contacts are the (ex)employees of Moto Arena who are either not available for contact, or just not interested in responding to me.

So where does that leave me? Up shit creek without a paddle is what I am thinking....

As much as I condemmed the hooligans rioting last week, this thought had crossed my mind....

Did you pay by credit card as you might be protected that way. I'm thinking out loud so I may be wrong. But faulty goods, returned, and never received back?

I cant be certain, I definately paid for the ESC by CC but cant remember if the battery was CC or debit? I dont have any proof of returning the goods to them though, it was all done on trust so not sure a CC company would honour that?

Just tried both the Moto Arena FB page, and also Grant Collins. But as I am not 'friends' with either it wont allow me to send a message....
