Hi Roger,

I know that Coventry Club has Round 3 of their Summer Series, on Tomorrow.

It'll be on their Astro-Turf Track, as usual!

We were looking at Cov but were under the belief that their Summer Series was a Nitro event, is that not the case?

No, all of Coventrys Summer Series Club Meetings are for 1/10th Electric 2WD Buggies, 4WD Buggies & Short Course Trucks, as well as Nitro!

I think Arrival Time is usually around 8.00-8.15am & they tend to try & get the Meeting underway for 9.30am.

Thanks for the info. After much consideration in the end the desire to run a brand new car wasn't enough to get over my intense dislike of the unsighted Coventry double jump landing so I've stayed home.

I'm not knocking the club, I think they all do an excellent job in running it, but I can't stand any jumps where you can't see the landing spot, always = broken car in my mind. Can't wait for their new astro track (hoping it's in before the MAMs this winter).

Hope everybody has a good day there though.
