Default Neil Cragg takes 2WD Kidderminster BRCA national

Neil Cragg took the 2WD win at the 4th round of the 2011 BRCA 10th off road national series this weekend driving his LRP/Reedy powered CML C4.1 Mid-motor B4 conversion.

IFMAR Worlds warmup-winner Darren Bloomfield took a rain-effected opening round of qualifying which saw the rain come down after Darrens run - though he'd have still placed very highly. After round one it was all Neil Cragg in qualifying as he went on to take the remaining three rounds for pole on the grid for the 3-leg A finals.

The finals were an even split between top three qualifiers, Cragg, Bloomfield & Bradby - with each driver taking a leg and a 2nd place to end up on equal points. Going on fastest winning time it was Neil Cragg that took the overall win with his team mate Bradby in 2nd and Darren Bloomfield 3rd.

Full report will be online soon!

The car is still being tested at the moment. It has to be right before cml will sell kits to the public!

I hope so too Cameo

WELL DONE NEIL. (Im glad your doing 10th again too fella)

This Centro is kinda looking damn good and ready! But I think its supplier issues with mass production delaying the car going pubic. I could be wrong, but it'll be worth the wait whatever the cause of delay is.

Itd be interesting to find out as I reckon they'll let him. As there letting him run it for nationals (the most major race series in UK afterall - a major market for them). But would he be better with rear motor for the Finnish track surface?

Whatever car he runs, I hope he wins Worlds again!

They won't, even if they are allowed to use the C4.1. Rear motor pwns on dirt.
