TRF Damper Sets

Does anyone know if the trf damper sets (54028, 42198) come with the option rod guides (White/black spacers and shims) or just the kit standard big White spacer??

54028 standard

42198 does (have the suff you said)

From the picture at Modellbau Seidel i can say they both have the Rod guide set included.
