Default coventry modle race club

hi people, im going next week to cov to race for the first time there could any body advice on what set up i should be looking at as ive not raced with jumps before and any tips on what time i should arrive there.

hi hellopips,im dave the lad with the losi who you spoke to up at nene on the last bash day.i will be up at cov for that day too mate.you need to get there for about 8ish for booking in till about 9.track opens for practice about 9.15.but depending on how many people are there determins how long practice is,how many heats there are and how long the finals are etc etc.You will love it mate,the track is sweet as it has just been relayed with a new layout.hopefuly i will see you there.

I just feel the need to point out that there isn't a race meeting at Coventry this weekend, the next club meeting is on the 26th June.

The tracks will actually be closed for maintenance on Sunday as well...

hi stav, according to the coventry forum we will be on the astro this weekend and apparently the weather is going to be good.so lets hope for a wicked days racing hey . You might wanna stiffen up your car a bit though mate cos coventry is nice and smooth(apart from the jumps lol) you can go a bit stiffer than nene valley.

havent been on the dirt there yet,but ive heard people say proline crime fighters are good.but i suppose any block tyre would be good.
