Unfortunately once they've started to come loose there's not much you can do to keep them in.

The new batch of shafts that are available have been changed very slightly to prevent (or at least give a much longer life) this happening. I've not had this happen at all on the new batch of shafts and they've been in there over 6 months.

Where/when did you get the new shafts?

Im sure you do it but put a small drop of super glue on the pin of the bud and this keeps them in place.

Its a great system as the bud is cheap and you dont wear out diff out drives

What type of super glue should i use that is strong enough to keep the pin in place.
