Steering activating throttle

Hi guys, i'm using a futaba 3GR 2.4 system and have been for about 12 months without trouble, recently i've started getting this problem, when i move the sterring stick fast it intermittently activates the throttle, has anyone ever come across this before? if so what caused it? or does it sound like it's died?
Put in a new receiver and problem solved but put the old receiver in my b44 and it seems fine??? i'm confused .com????
