Hi Matt,

Look this page and scroll down to Grass, you'll find some setup:
17/07/2004 - Neil Cragg
03/07/2003 - Dave Bailey
29/06/2003 - Ben Riley

Not recent but that may help!

I'm probably not the best person to advise you, thought paul would of with his setup.

The carpet is pretty high grip with pins, the tarp that we will have down though is pretty slippy, especially in the first round untill the dust has come off the racing line a bit!

Richard lowes off http://www.rc10b4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2611 is probably a good starter.

EDIT: tried to attach mine as PDF but nothing happened so here it is... I run lipos though with no extra weight so you might find the shocks to soft..

FRONT
30deg caster
Trailing arm
CAMBER LINK - 1A / 1washer
ARM - Inside
Tower - Middle
SHOCKS - Silver/35/no2

Rear
Short wheelbase
CAMBER LINK - 1B / (i have the newer rear bulkhead that has the bump thats same height as 2
washers)
ARM - Inside
TOWER - Inside
SHOCKS - Silver/30/no1
Antisquat - 2degrees

Camber - -2

Ride height - arms and shafts level

Its pretty much what i run outside only i stick green springs on back for outdoors!!
I find with the lipo and the 19t i have more than enough go for the fomby track.

I'll be running 4wd at the GP

Had a run last night at my club (wrexham) was only buggy there and had some set up help from a mate, we now have it set to short wheel base is that ok?? seemed to be alot faster like this,

also had to go down from blue to silver springs to soften the front abit, will mini pin fronts cause grip roll?

Paul was having lady friend fun last night, oh wait, damn mahah.

Set up time! Heres what I ran last year to finish in the top 3:

Front
Blue spring
35 ae oil
#2 piston
middle on tower
inside on wishbone
30 deg caster blocks with trailing axles
inside camber link on blocks
inside camberlink on shock tower with 1 added washer

Rear
Silver spring
30 ae oil
#1 piston
middle on tower
inside on wishbone
std camber link positions with 2 added washers on the new U brace (4 on the old one)
1 or 2 degree antisquat (cant quite remember)
medium wheelbase for abit more rotation, go short for more rear end grip
7 inch wing with half the flap cut off.
cells in middle with foam cut in half
30g of lead added to rear end

Mini pins all round with snee inserts and your good to go.

If you need any more advice dont be afraid to ask me, and come see me on the day if you wish and i'll happily help you.
