Ansmann Nitro starter box, any good?

I'm in the market for a new starter box, as i don't do a lot of Nitro racing i don't want to spend a fortune on a starter box but the Ansmann one has caught my eye & at less than £40 the price is favourable as well.

Question is though, are they any good or would the £40 be better spend getting a quality 2nd hand one?
