Power Cap for Speed Passion ESC

I want a single power cap for my speed passion esc, does anyone know what rating capacitor I need to buy and where I can get one from.

hi mate

and with awesome results, i use it with a 13.5 motor and i gave one to a friend who uses it with a 4.5.
