I had one of these a long while back, used it for bashing and was quite a good car for the money (got it 2nd hand) .

Put a hobbywing 80a combo in it (same as stock as new) and even on two 3000nimhs was certainly giving it some.

From what I remember spares were kind of readily available and quite reasonably priced. In the end I sold it and moved towards moreso 1/10th buggies.

Would you be using it moreso for bashing?

Well, I can't vouch for any other 1/8th buggy as never run any other....but the EP8 for bashing was good fun for me (the car was pretty hardy too, I never actually broke a single piece on it)
