mbx5 monster truck{dragon racing conversion

ok i had a mbx 5 spare,so i got this truggy conversion of ebay.dragon racing conversion kit £15, which inculded new chassis,big spur gear,23mm hex wheel extenders,new towers,radio tray,extened center shaft and extened servo arms.after taking the mbx5 apart i swaped the rear center drive shaft to the front,next in with the towers,you can use 4 rear buggy shocks or normal fronts and rears.i used normal fronts to start with.the next trick bit was the extened center drive and brakes,i still got some work to get the front brakes workin,but i hope it just drill out the hole for the brake shaft.next put on the wheel extenders,with the help of a clamp they fitted very tight.to get 23mm hex wheel i went to ebay and got a set for £30,wow there big ,i keeping them for now,but i thinking of getting 1/8 truggy wheels extension ,the big wheels take a lot of froce to turn.next i added a sts 30 engine for lots of tourque and a jamming 4p exhust to try anf get the revs up.i got a painted mbx5 truggy body fo £12 from ebay.
so it all togerther,now the test drive,,,,went well wheelies,very solid round coners,good top speed ,but want more acleration.then the power seemed to drain from the engine,need a top speed seal and retune.overal fun vechile,good for kids and very large
