Default savox servo in your durango

hi guys im going to buy a savox servo for my durango. the prices vary on the savoxs from 40 to 75 pound. which one (model) would you run?

is there any advantage in running a low profile, they are cheaper but is their a main reason for this. 1251,1258,1267,1268 i think are the main ones to pick from. obviuosly the speed and torqs separate them all but is there a preference.

many thanks.

I'd plump for 1256 full size (we have them in stock!) in a Durango, there's no advantage to running a low-profile in that servo position.

Maybe the weight /speed?

1251MG (low profile): 44,5g (0,10 / 0,09 s)
1267MG: 62g (0,14 / 0,11 s)
1268MG: 62g (0,16 / 0,13 s)
1256TG: 52g (0,18 / 0,15 s)

I run Futaba BLS low profile in my 410. And the outgoing cables are very near the servo saver. Had to bend them to get clear from rubbing them. A std servo dont have this problem.

You don't need to shorten the servo wire if you run it round the back of the servo first

I had one in mine at the start, but have swapped it out for a low-profile KO instead.

I'm not sure which one it was, the sticker has come off think it might have been a 1258, full size one anyway.

Not sure why I took it out at first, but I do prefer the feel of the car with a KO in it, think that's a 2413, bit hard to see the number as the motor is in the way!
