Default range problem

Right I have a RC8 that's I converted to brushless all has been working fine until I had a crash, and now the range is down to about 10 meters! I have replaced the rx and the rx crystal as I thought they may have been damaged in the crash but I still have the same problem as with the old rx and crystal I'm at a loss now as I've even changed the transmitter just to rule everything out any suggestions welcomed!!!

Cheers john

Default range trouble

You probably have got your own answer. If everything was ok before the crash and now its not then something has changed !

If you have replaced rx, crystal and tx. then the only other thing left is tx batterys or supply from speed controller to the receiver. Another thing worth doing is disconnect the steering servo from the receiver and see if this improves the range. Could be the servo got damaged in the accident and is drawing a lot of current or your steering setup needs looking at.
