Xbox360 games Dirt (BNIP) Forza2 (opened but only palyed 10 times or so)

My X360 has pooped itself today and is destined for sale spares repair.

I have the following 2 games goign for sale ...

Forza 2 (box opened as it's been played but everything still in as new condition ..... never played on line if that matters)

Colin Mc' Dirt .... this is brand new, still in the wrapper !!!

Make me a (sensible) offer for either or both!! I know what the trade-in values and 2nd hand values are and not really in the mood for comedy after the day I am having (basically cost be £1k to get out bed this morning ... wish I'd not bothered!!!)
