There are lots of US style clay setups here: http://www.teamassociated.com/cars_a...anuals_setups/

TBH, most setups are similar, with the exception being the springs, pistons and oil weights. The worlds car kit springs, brown front, green rears are fine.

At the oople, I ran the worlds car, pretty much as the manual, except I had a shaved rear U brace, and C hubs. I also found that removing the 2deg anti-squat helped with traction and rear grip. The car jumped spot on, but I had way too much front end steering.

Changes for this race... i'll be removing the brass bulkhead and some of the additional chassis weight to the front I run normally on my B4.1 when on astro.

I'm going to rebuild my dads B4 with the worlds bits I have. Try them both in practice

Yes I agree now. Actually it was fine on the B4.1 round the Batley track, but I think it was my problem at the oople. I just had far too much front end bite.

I've been running my C4.1 round RHR astro this aft/eve, and again I have far too much front end, seems to really dig in and spin the car. Spoke to James and he told me a few things to adjust (springs), but it was still doing it. Next thing we discussed doing was removing my heavy trish bits brass bulkhead and front brace (42g+13g). Ran out of light before I could swap over to the plastic one in my box, but I recon it's my problem... Spoke to another bloke there and he said to run the ae Ali bulkhead instead. I'll try the plastic on sunday at Batley and take it from there.
