Default Durango diff

Hi, i have just built two dex410r diffs. One is super smooth and the other is really rough. I have rebuilt it 4 times and each time i screw it together it's the same. Has anyone else ever experienced this problem?

Cheers

Dave

Have you made sure that you've pushed the 14t gear on to the outdrive fully?

If it's equally as rough through it's full rotation them something is not seated quite right. The 14t gears on the ourdrives do need to be pressed in with some really strong thumb-force.
If there is a tight spot maybe there is something stuck in one of the gears.

Default Diff

Got it sorted. The 14 tooth bevel gear wasn't quite down all the way. Still not as smooth as the other one tho.

Thanks for all your help guys.
