I, the V1 shocks of my B4 are asking for retirement, so I am looking for some new kit to buy. I want to know some opinions on what to buy, I like very much of the Tamiya (54028) kit, but the Kyosho Velvet shocks are also on the table (used). Regards.

All you really need is a set of new V2 shock bodies and you have the "new" shocks from the B4.1 . Get these and a set of the caps with the bleed screws and voila, new shocks that feel really good at a fraction of the price of new shocks.

sparrow.2 the thing is that buying the V2 shock bodies and the caps with the bleed screws stays in the same price that the full tamiya or kyosho kit and I stay with a whole new suspension kit.

If your shocks are that dead it might be an idea to look at getting a whole new car.
