My choice on the car is,

Dry astro, rear schumacher yellow mini spikes or durango dboots.
front schumacher yellow mini spikes or schumacher stagger ribs.

Wet astro rear ballistic buggy greens
front schumacher green mini spikes or ballistic buggy fronts

So far at TORCH I've run staggers on the front in all conditions, with mini-pins on the rear wet or dry. Not sure if it's cause the astro is very new but the pins seem to hook up really well even in the wet.

Going to try some BB Green spikes next time out if it's wet/damp, only just got a set so we'll see what happens.

Default Slim front wheels

Slightly off topic.

I currently have staggered ribs at the front but are glued onto the kit rims which are wider.

What front ( slim) rims are compatible with the rat as I plan to buy some fastrax front turf ripper tyres off modelsport. They dont seem to supply slim front rims.

Here is the tyre

Anyone know what wheel will fit this?

cheers

James

I just cut the inside rim of the front wheels off, staggers fit perfect then.

All the other tyres fit fine on the standard rim.

Hi James, a Dremel is you're friend! Let me know if you want a set cut down, might be a couple of weeks till I'm next at TORCH but I'm sure we can sort something.

I cut my last front pair of wheels down with some body scissors, then finished off with a dremel. Nice and easy.
