Default roller driveshafts and works hubs

Can someone explain what were the advantages of the roller driveshafts and newer rear hubs on the Bosscat works? Thanks.

Default Bosscat

Beautiful car mate...

I used to run a Bosscat back in the day and bought a very light bathtub chassis ( no undertray required) I thought it was a fibrelyte item but I've never seen one like it since. It was so stiff it hardly needed a top deck and together with some alloy fixings, the car was lighter than a 2wd at the time. I won several club championships and wish I'd kept the car!!!

Good work Fella!

Jim

@kaszal roller driveshafts had very little resistance to extension/compression when torque was put through them(i.e., accelerating) kept the suspension fluid when heavy on the throttle! got to say again, those are are lovely 'rack' of schumachers jeroen.
