Default Ball studs and rod ends

Can someone please explain for me how to replace the rod ends and the ball studs with something better like RPM or Losi. I'm running with the original plastic stock now and the drop off from the ballstuds all the time. I would like to keep the original titanium turnbuckle and just replace the plastic and the ball studs. I have read some threads here on oople but all seem to have such different ideas and I am rather confused on what to buy. I want something that goes straight down. Can any kind soul give me some good tips please.

BR
Peter

Personally I've never had any of mine pop off run it at 4club nights over jumps on carpet as well as a play day kiddy without any problems

The Losi white coloured ball cups thread straight on to the standard turnbuckles,
you will then need some metric thread 4.3mm ballstuds - I use HPI ones but AE metric ones from the TC5 also work.

On my car i fitted the following:

HPI 75115 - HPI Cyclone Ball Studs, 4.3 x 10.3mm (4)

These go on the steering hubs and the alloy steering plate

HPI 75116 - HPI Cyclone Ball Studs, 4.3 x 13mm, (4)

These go on the outside of the front and rear hubs, and on the front and rear shock towers (you will need 2 packets)

You'll then need 4 x 3mm locknuts for the ballstuds that go on the shock towers

I am nearly finished with replacing the ball studs and rod ends with the Team Associated and RPM solution - a precise fit, I would say.

The only thing where it is hard to replace the ball studs is the servo arm and servo saver, where the countersunk screws are used due to limited space. So here the solution would probably be to keep the original Durango balls and use some better rod ends to eliminate any play. Does anybody know if the Kyosho hard ball ends would fit the Durango balls and be better than the Durango ones?
