Default Saddle Packs

I charge my saddle pack on 2 chargers on 1 cell at 3.5 amp, and each time one cell would have more power then the other one. I have taking a ready after my last race yesterday and there is a .05 diffrents after I had a race run. What am I doing wrong?
Any ideas

You should be balance charging them as a 2 cell pack on 1 charger rather than individual packs.
