does anybody know the base settings for a nosram 21 engine is please?

hi i have got my engine run in but now seems abit flat but i cannot see in any of the paperworkthat has come with it

just wondred if anybody had the base settings so i can go from there and get the baby revving

the engine is a nosram rs.21 rr
