are you using diff lube between diff plate and outdrive?

yes i think the rings and balls are worn out they look and feel rough

Dont the ceramics wear the diff rings quicker?? or have i been given duff info?

I tried ceramic balls in mine and instantly had strong diffs, but after a few races found they constantly went 'gritty'. I took them out in the end.
