Default Charger Needed (1/18th Cells)

Anything that will work with the small packs (for 1/18th Mini-T etc).

Thanks :-)

You don't need any special type of charger Nick, as long as you can turn the amps down low any 7.2v charger will do.

I charge my 1500's at 2.5A which is regarded by most as very high, I beleive 1.5 to 2A is the norm.

It would also be kinder to the cells if you can turn the rollover down, but not essential.

As a rule of thumb i set mine by the MAH. so, my 1300 tranny batteries i would charge at 1.3, although i do charge lower for them.
1500's, 1.5ish etc etc

Thanks for the responses!

It's actually for my Dad's mate so i didn't want it to be toooo adjustable in case he charges them at 4a or something scary......

Also meant to say ideally it needs Mains connection as he would like to just charge at home (keep it as easy as possible really).

Thanks
