Ha ha ha @Bod.. Stop it now please, i'm crying. Lol
;-)
@Op; Request the wheels immediately from the vendor, or file a dispute/escalate to a claim via paypal. If you paid via paypal, that is.

Heard some real horror stories about that place after minimal research.

Also heard horror stories about " Wheelspin models ", but bit the bullet and was happy with my purchase. I think their problem is using DHL, who are truly inept.

Good luck buddy.

I had a lower wishbone pin missing from my kit and I first contacted Modelsport about it.

Modelsport emailed the problem to ansmann racing UK an they immediately dispatched the shaft and got it the next day.

I actually followed up the inquiry and emailed ansmann racing myself and they were very helpful.

modelsport are probobly one of the best suppliers. I had a problem with an sc10 i bought and they sorted out right away and fixed it for e and i had the truck back two days after i posted it back.

6.5t might be a bit brave im contemplating going down to an 8.5 myself now.

I don't think you can 'accuse' the shops for the missing items, as long as the factory seal was in place, and am sure that a 'polite' call to them would get you your missing items out in the post ASAP.

If I believed everything I ever read on forums, I would never buy anything from anyone! People are more than happy to post details about a bad experience but very rarely about a good one!

I would definitely complain to Ansmann regarding their qaulity control.
I e mailed them about the missing pin and they sent me 3.

the kit has gone together spot on im really impressed but i'm really gutted everything wan't there, the part missing was a ball stud so i cant set up the servo for the steering but whats the point of a ball stud to set the steering up if you got no wheels lol

I am quite surprised at this. I have had four kits from ansmann now and they have if anything had more parts than you need.

I did have a tamiya kit a while back that had a few bits missing though. Someone must have been having a bad day when they packed your kit Mark. Is it the silver (silvery if you read the instructions) ball stud you are missing?
